To get this started, I like to say thank you to whomever came up with the
idea and name of this group. It's begs the questions, what ae we doing in
in our community? Does Atlanta even have a musicians/artist community
that is engaged with itself let alone the people? What can we as artist do
within this "community"? I'm working very hard to create a new 501c3 that's by artist for artist. To review some of the work that has been done
please visit www.georgialegacyfoundation.org or www.myspace,com/georgialegacyfoundation. I hope there are others
who have an understanding of how historic Atl. and Ga. actually are
in terms of location of past and present musical influence. I look forward
to many discussions.
